Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant provides high level administrative and operational support to the executive and senior leadership teams. This role is responsible for managing executive schedules and coordinating in-person meetings and events. This position plays a critical role in supporting leadership interactions, and maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness in a dynamic environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Mange complex, high volume calendars for executive and senior leaders while prioritizing competing demands
Coordinate travel, itineraries, and logistics
Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and board interactions
Coordinate and support in person meetings and events
Plan and execute onsite meetings including logistics, catering, and space coordination
Ensure seamless execution of executive and leadership events

Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
5+ years of executive level support experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Sound judgement in prioritization and decision making
Proficient with computers and working with MS Office Suite
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Associate’s degree in business or a related field
8+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives
Previous experience in the healthcare industry
